Passengers living within 3/4 of a mile of the City Link fixed routes
with physical, cognitive or visual disabilities and who are
functionally unable to independently use City Link fixed route
services are encouraged to contact the FIT office for an
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Paratransit application.
Disability alone does not establish paratransit service eligibilty; the
decision is based SOLELY on the applicant's functional ability to
use the fixed route bus service. A medical professional must sign
the ADA application verifying disability. If approved due to inability
to use the fixed route service the ADA Paratransit card will enable
passengers to utilize the Mini Bus ADA Paratransit service, which
is
a scheduled in advance door to door service. To help
ensure your ride, passengers are encouraged to book their trips
24 hours in advance. If it is necessary to cancel a trip, please call
dispatch as early as possible to avoid being charged a No-Show.
